2. Licence

NEXAROBET PTY. LTD. holds a Sports Bookmaker licence issued by the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission under the Racing and Betting Act 1983 (NT). Sports Bookmaker Licence Number: NT-RWC-SB-2017-0412. The licence covers wagering on approved sports and racing events and authorises the acceptance of wagers from customers located in Australia.

3. Age and location

The service is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over who are Australian residents and physically located in Australia at the time of placing a wager. It is a criminal offence for a person under 18 to open an account or place a bet. We may verify age, identity and location at any time and at our discretion.

4. What we provide

We provide fixed-odds and other approved wagering products on sports and racing events permitted under our Northern Territory licence. We do not offer casino table games, electronic gaming machines (pokies), peer-to-peer poker, lottery products, binary options, contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency trading or any regulated financial product.

5. Account eligibility

To open an account you must:

• be aged 18 years or older;
• be an Australian resident physically located in Australia;
• provide accurate, current and complete personal information;
• not be registered on the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) or any self-exclusion list maintained by us;
• not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of NEXAROBET PTY. LTD. where prohibited by our internal policies.

6. One account per person

Each customer may hold only one active account. Duplicate, multiple, syndicate or third-party accounts are not permitted. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated wagers.

7. Identity verification

We are required by law to verify your identity before you may withdraw funds and in other circumstances. You must provide accurate documentation on request. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements may result in account restriction, suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending regulatory guidance.

8. Deposits and withdrawals

All deposits must be made from accounts or cards held in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where practicable. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

9. Placing wagers

A wager is accepted only when we issue a confirmation bearing a unique bet reference number. Wagers are subject to our applicable terms for the relevant sport or racing product. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our discretion, including where we believe a customer holds an unfair advantage, where collusion or match-fixing is suspected, or where acceptance would breach our licence conditions.

10. Pricing and market suspension

Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Markets may be suspended or voided at any time where an event has been compromised, where information is unavailable, or in other circumstances at our discretion. Voided wagers are refunded to your account balance.

11. Promotions and bonus offers

Promotional offers are subject to separate terms provided at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to alter, withdraw or disqualify any promotional offer if we reasonably believe it is being abused. Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

12. Responsible gambling

Customers may self-exclude from NexaroBet for a fixed period or permanently via account settings. Self-exclusion through BetStop applies across all licensed Australian wagering operators. If you are registered on BetStop or self-excluded with us you may not open or use an account. Accounts opened in breach of an exclusion will be closed and wagers voided.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, odds data and software, is the property of NEXAROBET PTY. LTD. or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping or redistribution is prohibited.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of this service. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the relevant wager. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable statutory guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia. Disputes not resolved through our complaints process are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.
